About Us

Adam Delorey

CEO, Partner, Senior Associate

Adam brings a unique combination of engineering, project management, commercial real estate, and business brokerage experience to every transaction.

Before moving into business brokering, he was the #1 new RE/MAX agent in Nova Scotia in 2021, then transitioned to commercial real estate and became the #2 RE/MAX commercial agent in Atlantic Canada for many years.

For Adam, every sale is a project: owners, buyers, accountants, lawyers, lenders, and landlords must move together. He leads with trust, confidentiality, and a clear path from valuation to close.

Dylan Stuart

Senior Associate

Dylan has already done what he now asks of clients: he built a forestry company from the ground up and sold it.

That exit taught him what good representation feels like — and where owners get left guessing. He gives Atlantic Canadian owners straight advice, a realistic path to market, and someone who will say what they need to hear.

He knows a sale is not only a price. It is the story of the business, and the start of whatever comes next.

Brent Finlay CPA, CMA, MBA

Senior Associate

Brent brings 25+ years as a CPA, CMA, MBA, lender, CFO, and operator. He has valued companies, financed them, redesigned them, and sat with owners through growth, restructuring, and exit.

Sellers come to him when they want a clear read on earnings quality, transferability, and what a buyer or bank will actually underwrite.

He helps you prepare for scrutiny before it starts, so the hardest chapter of ownership can become a confident next one.

Steve Kent

Associate

Steve has led at a scale most advisors only study: Deputy Premier and Minister of Health in Newfoundland and Labrador, a $3-billion portfolio, and later mayor, CAO, corporate strategist, and owner of growing training businesses.

He holds a Master of Management from McGill and the ICD.D designation. Sellers use Steve when a deal has many stakeholders, public visibility, or a need for calm through complexity.

He knows what it takes to move a large organization — and a family — into the next chapter in one piece.

Kyle Kickham

Senior Associate

Kyle is straightforward and results-focused: he gives a defensible valuation, says what an owner needs to hear, and maps the steps to close and hand the company to a new owner.

Selling a business is a culmination of years of work, risk, and hard decisions coming down to one sale. He guides due diligence, negotiates terms, presents to lenders, and manages the stakeholders so your interests stay protected.

Be prepared, do the work, negotiate hard, and never lose sight of who you are working for.

Tom Moore

Business Broker

Tom helps owners turn decades of work into a confidential sale at full value.

He attracts qualified buyers, negotiates terms that hold, and stays on the file until close so you can step into the next chapter without running the deal yourself.

If you want maximum value and a clean exit — not a long, noisy listing — that is the work he does.

Donnie Snow

Managing Partner

Donnie has spent a career building, buying, and selling companies — including publicly traded businesses and one of Canada’s largest private training organizations, with more than a thousand people and a national footprint as a top partner to Microsoft and Oracle.

He has led acquisitions of major training divisions, sat on public and community boards, and been recognized as an Entrepreneur of the Year and a Top 50 CEO in Canada.
